Spiritual direction offers a quiet, one-on-one space to slow down, reflect, and listen for God’s presence in your life. In conversation with a trained spiritual director, you’re invited to pay attention to your story, notice where God may be at work, and grow in awareness of God’s voice.
Some come to spiritual direction in seasons of transition or uncertainty. Others come simply because they desire a more attentive life with God. Whether you are navigating something specific or longing for space to listen more deeply, this is a place to bring your life before God.
Through prayerful listening and reflection, spiritual direction helps you notice what God is already doing and gently invites you to trust that presence over time.
Meet Your Spiritual Director
Toni Tompkins is a trained spiritual director and the founder of Becoming Still Ministries. She offers a calm, attentive space where you can slow down, reflect, and notice God’s presence in your life. With a gentle and prayerful approach, Toni listens alongside you as you pay attention to your story and discern what may be unfolding.
What to Expect
Spiritual direction sessions are 1 hour and take place one-on-one virtually. Each session offers space to slow down, reflect, and pay attention to your life with God. There’s no agenda to follow—just a gentle rhythm of listening, noticing, and responding.
Begin with a Consultation
You’re invited to start with a free 45-minute consultation. This is a simple, no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s on your heart, and discern whether spiritual direction is a good fit for you.
Ongoing Sessions
If you choose to continue, sessions are typically held every 3–4 weeks. Spiritual direction session are $60 each.
