Unburdened is a guided mini-retreat designed to help you slow down and pay attention to what you may be carrying, and to gently create space for release, acceptance, and receiving.

Through a thoughtful rhythm of teaching, guided prayer, silence, and reflection, participants are invited to move through four movements: awareness, release, acceptance, and receiving. This process is not rushed or forced. It honors where you are and allows God to work at a pace that feels safe and human.

During the retreat, you will:

• engage a guided prayer experience using simple, embodied symbols

• reflect on patterns and beliefs that may be shaping your life

• practice releasing what no longer serves you

• make space to notice what God may be offering you now

• share, if you choose, in a group reflection grounded in listening rather than fixing

This retreat is not focused on deep trauma work, but on the lighter layers that often surface as we grow — the beliefs and habits that quietly get in the way of receiving God’s care, support, and grace.
