Mary is a Certified Spiritual Director who brings a gentle, kind, empathic presence that creates comfort and safety for individuals to express and experience the movement of God’s spirit and love in their lives. Her personal journey has taught her that underneath the wounds of the past and the masks we wear to hide our pain, there lie hidden treasures in each of us, waiting to be found.  Mary is passionate about helping others experience the healing presence of Jesus so they too may discover all that lies hidden within themselves.  Using highly experiential, contemplative practices, including art, movement, and music, it is her great honor to accompany people as they prayerfully listen to and notice the movements of God, and explore the Spirit’s invitation to healing, growth and recollection of their truest selves.
